Korean Conflict
Division between N. Korea and S. Korea
The Korea Conflict will all begin with the separation at the 38th parallel. The difference is North Korea was protected by the Soviet Union and had a industrial economy. As South Korea was protected by the United States and had a agricultural economy. It will all start on July 25th, 1950, when N. Korea opens fire on S. Korea starting the Korean War. N. Korea will have support from the Soviet Union with money, tanks, guns and planes. Now involved in conflict, what will S. Korea do?
South Korea will get aid from the U.S. and other countries in the United Nation. In September of 1950, N. Korea will push S. Korea to the Pusan perimeter. Afterwards S. Korea will allow MacArthur to fight back to the 38th parallel. MacArthur will not follow his command and invade N. Korea to the border of China. China's reaction will be sending in 300,000 troops to aid N. Korea. With all this conflict, what will S. Korea and N. Korea do?
Battles will take place like the Battle of Pusan Perimeter, Pork Cop Hill and the Chosin Revervoir retreat. The Battle of Pusan Perimeter, will be N. Korea pushing S. Korea to the Pusan Perimeter making the U.S. and the UN to get involved. The Battle of Pork Chop Hill was going on when the treaty was being signed between S. Korea and N. Korea. The last battle would be the Chosin Reveroir. This battle is when the Chinese will sent in 300,000 troop to aid N. Korea. With the end of Korean Conflict, their most prized leader will die.
This prized and honored leader will be Stalin. Stalin will die in 1953. Weeks will pass, before Khrushchev will come in. Khrushchev will introduce desalinization. Desalinization is the process of getting rid of all Stalin's ideas. Today N. Korea is still communist and S. Korea is a republic.
